For now it seems to fill a small niche. Unlike ICE kapcai, you can ride it in the city, you can ride it long distance. Maybe it makes more sense as rentals in the city center, but it seems that nobody can make the rental model work.

Topspeed =/= speed to crash into a car.
Topspeed == indicates how fast you can reach your destination, esp for longer distance commute, eg KL-Klang.

60km/h is topspeed. Riders normal speed is about 50km/h or 80% of topspeed. Constantly riding at topspeed/60km/h will soon cause damage to the electric motor and/or battery, eg overheat.

Similarly for ICE-V kapchai's topseed of 90km/h but normal riding speed is 60-70km/h.

It doenst make sense that we ban selling cars with zero ncap, mandate airbags on new cars then allow motorized two wheelers with no airbags and negative ncap that can go 120kph.
