Try upload few photo on Mudah, with price also, then let agents to come to u. Deal with them separately and don't sign exclusive form. Whoever manage to get buyer come to you and sign booking form will get the deal and commission.

Each time when liaise with each of them, can ask for bank value and mkt value, for your own record. I will personally ask them to come to do site visit on weekends, if they give plenty of excuse then let them fly kite. Don't be scare no agent will come to you, they are plenty of them outside

Iproperty needs RENtag to register an account. Basically we can't advertise without going through agent.

Get a big caddboard and marker pen or paint for sale put on the gate or nearby tiang or anywhere.
