I like the mini houses design in Indonesia. Like 4m and 5m width. Their terrace house has no butt and joined. So, within their house has some small garden or opening for laundry and hangout. Malaysia should build more houses like theirs rather than sarang burung bertingkat-tingkat that failed in maintenance after few years and people fight for parking. Just need to spread out further a bit from city.
