I like the mini houses design in Indonesia. Like 4m and 5m width. Their terrace house has no butt and joined. So, within their house has some small garden or opening for laundry and hangout. Malaysia should build more houses like theirs rather than sarang burung bertingkat-tingkat that failed in maintenance after few years and people fight for parking. Just need to spread out further a bit from city.

Yeah coz their ppl have poor mentality .. there is a few high end condo in Jakarta have poor maintenance due to ppl dont want to pay and poor civic

So it is safer to buy landed .. even if small

In Indonesia, not that many kids already. Even here all types has scaled down even on those who claimed rezeki. Because it is really expensive.

Suitable for bangun pagi, pergi lepak in taman, library. mall free aircon and malam balik tidur lifestyle. Basically depends on public facilities for entertainment.
