Household Recommended condo in KL?, Seek for advice / help

Hi guys,

I’m currently looking for a condo to buy - either subsale or still under construction - around Cheras (from Leisure mall towards KL) or Sungai Besi (preferably Taman Desa towards KL). Ideally, trying to close to KL city center.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
Built-up size: Around 1,000 sqft or more
Layout: At least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 car parks
Budget: Range in RM500k - RM600k preferably.
Preferably near an MRT station
Have plenty of Chinese eateries nearby
Also hoping for a few nearby Chinese primary schools (SJKC / SRJK)
Freehold is preferred, but leasehold is fine too
Residential title preferred (to keep maintenance costs lower), but not a must
not too high dense and not too old
Safe area with good property management

Appreciate any suggestions or recommendations!

By the way, it seems doesn't have any other active property forum around? If there is, could let me know too?

Check out The Connaught one by Uem sunrise , this almost tick all ur requirements except high dense.

Other than connaught one, you can check out bamboo hills residence as well. Its slightly lower than 1k sqft with 3bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 carpark, partially furnished.

Sang Suria condo is in front of an MRT station. Got one famous Chung Hwa chinese school nearby.

Nearby is Taman Million and it's along Jalan Ipoh, so plenty of chinese food option.

TS clearly stated location is Cheras - Sg Besi - KL, yet u all suggest those Jalan Ipoh & Bamboo Hills... But anyway, yes, speech freedom here.

Btw, i run abit also, my friend area, Kuchai Lama - Happy Garden,
RM500K+ for 3R2B, 288 Residences and Residensi Desa
RM600K+ for 3R2B, Gembira Residence (G Residence)
Nearby is MRT Kuchai, he say got MRT Feeder bus, RAPID ON Demand also stop infront of condo. I think your others requirement also basically met.

U can try Nidoz residence. Budget might be out a bit, but i believe can nego till 650k range

Srjk © salak south is just behind, walking distance
Mrt is kuchai lama..got bus ok la. Drive also ok
Leasehold.
4 room 2 bath 2 carpark.

Maxim Risen, Cheras leisure mall area. Duno still got any available units or not.
