Lol ya since with Ketam n now G10, car almost brand new with racks, absorbers, springs,seats, gearbox etc

most of the time, this courtesy stuff not reliable wan.
like xiaomi so called vip service said courtesy phone will be issued while the phone is in service, but each service center only been allocated one phone for customer to borrow. same shit with service center la, probably only a vehicle or two are available to borrow.

They are not motivated to chase the insurance company and spare parts

My car side panels and door dented also took them 2-3 months to settle.

If claim via outside workshop, can settle within few weeks
