I need to change my phone because its freezing up ! Quite old like me !

Do any of yiu have experience buying used phone from Carousel Direct ?

I mean from Carousel itself, not the sellers who advertise in Carousel. I want to know how reliable is their 7 days return policy.

Do they take back with no questions asked or much longer story !

One thing for sure: don't skimp on average to low-end spec, else at best you will stuck with the phone for around 2 years until you feel like want to change to another phone

Buy a high spec phone now and you should be able to lasts at least 5-8 years

No, not skimping. Budget is rm2500. I already use this for 5 years, and i bought it 2nd hand. I thought can use until year end, but it froze pretty bad yest !!

The earlier phone i used for 6 years. So i know !

Lazada or shopee go for the brand official store lor. Not sure on carousel

2.5k got a lot of options most of it is china brand

2.5k can get iphone 15
3.0k can get iphone 16 ald

Wah i didnt even know carousell got sell direct.

I only use it to sell my stuff i dont need.

I mean now phone is cheap lah, if your phone is freezing, meaning its too old d. For normal usage, i assume you dont game, any mid range or low end android these days can get you by just fine.

current and previous phone is from compasia, another one for family member.
total 3 phones. all ok.

compasia now have a few walk in stores, 1 utama got one below innisfree there. stock availability depends on store. not sure if their offers apply to online only or to physical store as well.

Then continue with Iphones, just get the base model would do.

When i get a new phone, I always buy iphone base model from previous year because no big changes for iphones from one gen to the next.

Yes i am old. Thats why i dnt trust online purchases with a high price. Thats is the reason for my post, asking about it.

Physical shop does not mean its safe, the shop is just selling someone’s phone with unknown status ! Their warranty is bullshit, they will never replace even there are obvious reasons for it.

Thats why i bought from direct owners where you can ask them all kinds of questions, they are not pro and will by mistake spill the beans.

Shop ? They know what to say ! Nevet bought used phone from shop !

Thsts the reason to find out about carousell’s 7 day warranty.

Anway, i dnt think i am going to go with it, when 700rm extra can get brand new ipong !!
