I need to change my phone because its freezing up ! Quite old like me !

Do any of yiu have experience buying used phone from Carousel Direct ?

I mean from Carousel itself, not the sellers who advertise in Carousel. I want to know how reliable is their 7 days return policy.

Do they take back with no questions asked or much longer story !

One thing for sure: don't skimp on average to low-end spec, else at best you will stuck with the phone for around 2 years until you feel like want to change to another phone

Buy a high spec phone now and you should be able to lasts at least 5-8 years

I my self have been in carousel for 10 years and have bought and sold many items and bought phones from direct sellers. The current phone also from there.

But i have never bought directly from carousel, hence the question.

No, not skimping. Budget is rm2500. I already use this for 5 years, and i bought it 2nd hand. I thought can use until year end, but it froze pretty bad yest !!

The earlier phone i used for 6 years. So i know !
I am not the kind who simply change stuff or buy new. But when its time, i have to.

Lazada or shopee go for the brand official store lor. Not sure on carousel

2.5k got a lot of options most of it is china brand

2.5k can get iphone 15
3.0k can get iphone 16 ald

Wah i didnt even know carousell got sell direct.

I only use it to sell my stuff i dont need.

I mean now phone is cheap lah, if your phone is freezing, meaning its too old d. For normal usage, i assume you dont game, any mid range or low end android these days can get you by just fine.
