customer service ask to delete app. the question is which app ???

i have many important money transaction requiring approval.

why cant they solve this immediately. at least provide a temporary workaround !!

if they cannot show this it means the app is fundamentally flawed and need to be redesigned from scratch.

the problem is the contractor/consultant is useless makan gaji buta.
