Like it or not, we have to accept a hard reality: those who are willing to become bus drivers often face certain limitations. However, once they take on the responsibility, they must carry out their duties with the seriousness and accountability the role demands.

On another note, the practice of using substitute drivers should be banned. If a qualified driver is not available, the bus should not be allowed to depart.

The mentality of Rapid KL bus drivers is noticeably different. Based on my experience with their feeder buses, they prioritize passenger safety over punctuality — which, in my opinion, is the correct priority.
