Basically Proton has only 19% of top 20 volume of 265K registered. Unlike Perodua who is very tight lipped about their launches, Proton in one announcement inform they going to change Saga and the X series engines in 2025 2H. So what will happen to the sales of existing models? 😵💫

J7 fwd 140K J7 awd 150K J7 Phev 160K Slowly killing off Honda and Mazda bigger SUVs. Perhaps buyers confident these models from the new Shah Alam plant rather than CHERY models still assembled at Kulim Inokom one This post has been edited by dogbert_chew: Jun 11 2025, 02:48 PM
