what are you complaining seriously?
yes, seller has obligation to send correct item, but they are humans and humans make mistakes. don't make it seem like you never made mistakes. i've had my fair share of getting faulty, incorrect items.
you seriously rather go through the hassle of complaining than to just drop it off at a nearby courier- SPX/MBE, etc? so much for "don't intend fo waste any time".
plus, you've already mentioned it's INCORRECT item, why the heck would you want to keep it if it's bulky?
damn illogical and problematic buyer.
