Damn annoying as we didn't expect that there would be videos playing with annoying sound. Or keep reminding ourselves to mute the media volume

Is there any way to turn this off or have to live with it?

Last time it's was good because it's all about the product use/demo. But nowadays shopee video mostly movies/viral videos clipped from TikTok/YouTube shorts.

in xiaomi phone (iclude realme, poco), and samsung (install sound assistant through good lock)
can mute individual apps permanently
i dont use iphone, so i dont know ios can do or not

They've lost a chunk of buyers when they removed the minimum RM10 top up. Now minimum is RM50..

because shopee staff dont regulate it
they do affiliate program, so people just put random clips from may sources include tv series

No need to be so sincere one. Just install it on a spare phone via WIFI enough. Only install important apps on your daily driver main phone..
