sorry unker maybe abit outdated.

but unker see alot people comment warisan. what is warisan/heritage means?

is it same as naturalization?
*
Warisan/heritage = got malaysia blood/born in malaysia, no citizenship iinm but fifa allow them to play for national team.

Naturalisation = no malaysian dna/not even born in malaysia but got fast track citizenship so can play for malaysia.

As much as I want to feel proud, looking at the composition of the team. It does not feel ‘Malaysian’. It feel like a foreign team donning Malaysian shirts. I suppose that’s how Malaysian league was/is won and they used that as a template for the national team. Nothing to feel proud of about this team of imported players.

They have at least one Malaysian grandparent.

The first wave was to find good players with Malaysian parents, that was how we got players like Cools and Corbin-Ong.

Now second wave is to find players with Malaysian grandparent, which you see here.

There will be more, especially given the history of the nation, potentially coming from England, UK or Australia.

There is one of ours ongoing make it history became first Malaysian in J-League

That is Dion Cools. He were born in Sarawak although he had a Malaysian blood

I had no problem with heritage. The one we should discuss were import MSL player when they turn to neutralized by FAM
