Tertuduh, Muhammad Affandi Mohd Azi, 33 membuat pengakuan itu sebaik pertuduhan ke atasnya dibacakan dihadapan Majistret Zur Azureen Zainalkefli.


Berdasarkan pertuduhan pertama, tertuduh didakwa memiliki bahan penganiayaan seksual terhadap kanak-kanak di Kampung Batangan, dalam daerah Marang jam 8.50 malam pada 23 Disember lalu.

Bagi kesalahan itu, dia didakwa di bawah Seksyen 10 Akta Kesalahan Seksual Terhadap kanak-Kanak 2017 yang boleh dihukum di bawah seksyen yang sama.


Muhammad Affandi (tengah) di hadapkan di Mahkamah Majistret Kuala Berang, Hulu Terengganu pada Isnin atas dua pertuduhan memiliki bahan penganiayaan seksual kanak-kanal dan video lucah.
