If it parking summon then OK, but if it speeding and dangerous driving summon then still continue to let driving then it is threatening other road users, especially he has accumulated so many of them.

18 summon is his summon when drive personal car right?. then, nothing to be shock at. as people everyday speeding. even ktard here got a lot of outstanding summon.

we need to publicly shame these people with multiple summons, doesnt matter if they paid them, it stacks up in your records. and amek that record public and searchable by anyone.

Does the police tahan car on the spot? For example police car on patrol, police driver drives like normal but the assistant/passenger police types in number plate into system and help check the plate status

Last time, when check summon service thru massage, I check a lot of cars got multiple summon. police know, but they dont seriously catch those criminal. if want to say, that multiple summon belong to previous owner, the car is still new, lol. if 2nd hand car, then might be logical la. maybe from previous owner based on plate number.

There should be mandatory driver's accident insurance in addition to the vehicle insurance.
Those causing accidents so be paying more insurance like what other countries are doing to reduce accidents.
