IDK about city/jazz.. but for HRV even though they mention 2015 to 2018. But I only seen majority are 2017. 2016 & 2018 most of them didn't get. 2019 Some..

At the end. If your car didn't get.. Good for you. You don't need to waste your time waiting for the repair. Mine now is on a waiting list and they have no est time of when it will arrive and how long it will take.
Also with my HRV fuel pump is located in the middle console. So a lot of disassembly to do not sure 1 day is enough.
I see some that are affected already changed.. and the part number is a whole fuel pump..
