Thing is, many fleet owners already have this running for yearsss, with the advent of modern electronically controlled turbo diesel engine. They can even monitor the amount of diesel in the fuel tank, to detect pilferage of diesel fuel, unscheduled stops etc etc.Mandatory telemetry is more effective than speed limiter.
