Someone made a video the morning after this tragedy. It seems like this stretch of the road hasn’t been resurfaced for years & there’s NO visible road lines.

Basic things pun x bole buat! JKR or whoever is responsible for maintaining this road must be answerable too.

Well, if they can blame MOT then the road shouldn’t be too far off either. The video is pretty much damning but it doesn’t take away the fact that road lines/markings are not visible & could be a contributing factor to those who are not familiar with the said road.
