Why no love for the Honda City hybrid E:Hev RS ? 

Both City and Nissan are hybrid, albeit using a slightly different drive technique.

But Honda has the upper hand in RV, spare parts availability, and etc...

not sure on the leg room because i drive alone and don't really care about the back seat.

but my assumption, CC bigger leg room. Another things, Kicks do not have aircond vent at the back

Keep in mind that although the Nissan Kicks can be considered as a hybrid, the system is different from other common hybrids such as Toyota Corolla Cross. Common hybrids such as Corolla Cross will have the petrol engine and electric motor(driven by battery) to run the car. The Kicks is running solely on the electric motor as the petrol engine is only used to charge the battery to provide power to the electric motor.
