Dashcam video now available

Assumption :

1. Bus driver see chance - overtake.

2. Bus driver didn't expect he's overtaking near a corner.

3. Sudah overtake, want to go back own lane - "ah shit, corner la shibal"

4. Bus driver had to make split-second decision :
-- a) drive head-on onto railing (and end up in the gaung), or
-- b) try to steer the corner

5. In the split second decision, instinct kicked-in, driver of course steer his body away from the railings
(but of course bus driver takde otak will not care about the passengers)

6. Bus got oversteered, hit the railings anyway & overturned.

7. Left side of the bus (if you see from behind) hit the railings & skidded ON the railings for a few hundred meters.

8. Passengers on that side got dismal chance to avoid being pinned onto the railings.

Verdict : bus driver & assistant should be sentenced to death by hanging.

i thought both were hospitalized?

What inspector general said is correct. u can have many many rules..but if no one follow the rules, at one time, gomen also cannot do anything..and that whats happen in malaysia. its shared responsibility to make our road safer. not authority jobs alone, and driver not playing their parts to make our road safer.
