Yes. Example like kuching. House price is KLCC level, but average salary is Rm4-5k. Slow slow wait got 10k salary like KV. It exist, but damn rare.

Then in smaller city like Sibu Sarikei. Average house price 400k-600k. Average salary is Rm2k-4k. Smaller town 10k salary? The business owner will tell you they dont even earn 10k from their business.
