- private co offer affordable/not so affordable course at private uni
- every year at least 50K grads from MY uni alone
- ratio is 1 job for every 6 grads
- most of the big companies who offered better salary all in KV

their "professional" fees is same like in kl, peneng also.

they wont charge you less for snp also.

SPA legal fee = plopeti value x 1.25% . just because u stay in ipoh they won't lower it to 0.75% also

lagi ada loan legal fee, got so many fees lagi can parang kaw kaw plopeti buyer

more like employers love to lowball kaw kaw their slaves

and those who thought that ipoh cost of living is lower a lot than KL must be on drugs or something. go check how much monthly rental for prima falim ( similar to our selangorku/rumawip )

what makes one think other ppl from other state dont flock to KV?

I already gave one example above

unless if your parents and grandparents born with ic 10, all of us are pendatang from other states as well

some of these ppl here are really living in their tiny bubble I guess. never bothered what is happening around them. all they know is me me me and me and keep whining why this and that. should have count their blessings but nooooooooo....

even rental in ipoh has increased a lot comparable now to KV these days. really pity all these young grads who want to serve the public at their own state .
