Foreign tenant just left the country, without paying rent & utilities

So tenant just sent me message via whatsapp that she had just left the country. Gave some lame excuse about visa problems. Owes 2 months rent, and utilities over RM1500. Canadian Indian. Medical student who was doing some internship in Sungai Buloh Hospital. Am thinking of making a police report and forwarding to the Canadian embassy and the hospital. Any advice on what else can be done? |
