I tried to use GPay last week, but when I placed my phone near the payment terminal, it automatically launched my Chinese wallet app and tapped my transit card instead. How does this work?

I think you can only use 1 wallet. Either Gpay or your chinese. Inside setting you can set which wallet to use.

Ok I just set to Google Wallet for default. Going to try later.

found it , downloaded Google Wallet , as my maybank and pbb bank card work , tested on my own terminal CC and it work tqvm.

The UOB also doesnt work with Apple Pay , damn , only have samsung pay , btw im using vivo x200s 😁 , before this im using Iqoo neo5s , then Iqoo neo9 , and now the x200s. From OriginOS 3 , then 4 and now 5 😂 and this also my first time trying mediatek chip , b4 this only aim for snapdragon , but really heard alot of good thing about this 9400, i think mediatek really have to give credit to Vivo , as they really tune mediatek chip very well.

mediatek 9400 and + is damn battery saving i feel, since no gaming cannot say much. I prefer mediatek now haha.
Got my xf5 yesterday only.

Fuiyo , that fast , stil early for me to make conclusion for mediatek , hopefully the 9400 stil going strong at least after 2-3 year , but so far so good for now 😊 battery life is great compared to my previous device.

Then uob bank really sux , maybe need to looking for another credit card , any recommend credit card that doesnt need to pay Annual fees? Now i stil need to pay Rm120 annually for the UOB one CC card.

if you spend enough annually with UOB, they will waive your annual fee directly without needing you to write/call.
RHB credit card seems like annual fee free, try to check it out.

Is UOB Malaysia sucks.
UOB Singapore can do Apple Pay & GPay.

yeah i know that they have some target usage annually for fully waive the CC fees , but sometime i dont really spend much on CC as i use Debit and Funds transfer or the e-Wallet , this CC actually just doing some insurance monthly auto-debit payment , i think i need to find some other CC that doesnt request annual usage and without needed to pay annual fees. But i actually do have around RM20++ cash back monthly from the CC , so just treat the cash back as discount of Annual fees

Yeah , UOB malaysia quite sux i would say , in my hometown , the UOB bank can't make any decision anymore after their branch manager retired , anything have to request from the KL branch LOL , even some business loan have to option from other state management to follow up and have to deal thru whatsapp.
