we kept on hearing stories like how petronas staffs all get super high bonuses like exceed 1 year...

so all it has to do is to cut bonus down to 0 months.... and there is no need to fire anyone.... and stop extending the retirement age or giving out contracts to those retiring... these are the most expensive of the cronies...
