Heard AirAsia is rather strict on cabin luggage size & weights these days.

If on d spot there, they found the luggage is example 2 kg heavier than the allowed 7Kg, how much do they charge passenger?

Ask u to buy extra carry-on OTS.

Or ask u to go arrange ur luggage to meet requirement.

i forgot already how much it is per KG for on the spot check in

if you still have time, better just add-on online, it's cheaper than by KG

That day book return flight tickets to BKK for whole family. The next day, receive flight cancellation notification. Rebooked us on unfavorable flight in term of departure time. Ask want to proceed, refund or get credit. So I refund saja lah. Puk1 m4k, almost 2 weeks masih belum refund. Credit card already asking me to pay. Never AA again, too much risk to ruin my holidays. The saving if any is not worth it.

Agree, add a few more hundred bucks or sometimes even cheaper can get full service airline, better service, seats and at least they respect their customer and dont treat them like trash

Kena once 20kg overweight

Straight kena RM1.5k

Ban Airasia for life

Why kena? It was meant for my foreign worker

I wanna prebook my luggage but cannot add more than RM35kg

That farker wants more (70kg), i terbeli sport equipment thinking it was the same

Then when scaling luggage terus ham+cham

It was paid by company tapi sakit hati jugak.

Cabin luggage max is 7kg.

If its more than 7kg, u cant bring into cabin, u need to buy extra luggage weight and check in the luggage at counter. If counter is closed then too bad u need to stuff the 2kg on ur body or throw it away.

How much they charge depends on destination. Longer flights of cuz the charge is more expensive

If your bag is conspicuously out of what a '7kg cabin size' volumetric reasonably looks like, the chance to get flagged is higher
