I kena in HK airport, at the boarding gate. That guy use portable weighing scale.
But in Taipei airport, no check at all.

Depends your luck one. I’ve tried carry 21kg in a bag pack and a non woven bag. Didn’t check me

If its more than 7kg, u cant bring into cabin, u need to buy extra luggage weight and check in the luggage at counter. If counter is closed then too bad u need to stuff the 2kg on ur body or throw it away.
