anyone knows how to activate and get started with this free 1 year Disney Hotstar basic that comes with SWU 5.0?

do i need TV box? as far as i'm concerned, per the guide here, i am supposed to activate the service through this link https://activate.unifi.com.my/ott/unifi.aspx?o=b, however, this link is inaccessible, how do i proceed from here?
