Perak henti kelulusan kuil baharu atas tanah kerajaan

IPOH - Kerajaan Negeri Perak membuat ketetapan untuk tidak meluluskan sebarang permohonan bagi pembinaan kuil baharu di atas tanah milik kerajaan bagi tempoh lima tahun akan datang.

Exco Sumber Manusia, Kesihatan, Hal Ehwal Masyarakat India dan Integrasi Nasional negeri, A. Sivanesan berkata, perkara itu diputuskan menerusi Pekeliling Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Perak Bil 3/2025.


Menurut beliau, pekeliling tersebut memberi panduan kepada pentadbir tanah berhubung dasar bagi Kaedah Pengurusan, Pelupusan dan Penguatkuasaan kawasan Rumah Ibadat Hindu (kuil) dan Tapak Perkuburan Hindu di negeri ini.

“Kerajaan negeri tidak akan meluluskan apa-apa permohonan kuil baharu sekurang-kurangnya dalam tempoh lima tahun akan datang.


“Sesiapa yang mahu membina juga boleh membeli tanah sendiri dan mendapatkan kelulusan pihak berkuasa tempatan (PBT), tetapi jika ia melibatkan tanah kerajaan, tindakan serta-merta akan diambil,” katanya kepada pemberita selepas mempengerusikan Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Hal Ehwal Agama Hindu di Bangunan Sri Perak, di sini pada Khamis.

Sivanesan berkata, dengan adanya pekeliling tersebut, ia dijangka dapat menyelesaikan isu berkaitan pembinaan kuil tidak berdaftar di atas tanah kerajaan.


Tambah beliau, sebanyak 18 aduan telah diterima menerusi Sistem Pengurusan Aduan Awam (SISPAA) yang melibatkan kawasan Ipoh dan Kerian.

“Aduan tersebut telah diteliti dan kita dapat menyelesaikan kira-kira 60 peratus masalah menerusi perbincangan sebelum memanggil pentadbir kuil untuk tindakan selanjutnya. Sekiranya boleh dipindahkan, kita pindahkan.

Good move. Come out with such memo and announce. So the lower levels know and can explain to those who kena rejected for their applications or stop new applications. Makes life simpler and easier for everyone.

Good governance on this matter. Now we wait for DAP to condemn the move. Oh, they are THE gov….then, now we wait for feedback from the people.

I meant good for the directive and clarity. Not the content. As for content, I am sure that has been debated in the Dewan negeri or had been agreed with the state exco. I am not one to agree or disagree cos I always believe one does not have stay to stay near a church to be near good.

Now let’s how the people will react and how the state government can address the people’s reactions. Interesting days!

how it is clear when you don't know what is the reason ?

it is no different than what is happening before for getting rejected because my boss said so, but he don't want to tell you the reason.
