I have a parking spot to be rented out in Desa Setapak. Am I allowed to post here? Is there a certain rules I need to follow for posting such?

Firstly kopitiam is not the suitable section. Should go to property enlistment.

Secondly, I don't think it's active there. Yeah some agents still camping for owner there but-

Thirdly, agent also don't wanna layan for parking rental.

So I advise you few ways.

1) go to Facebook, look for your own residency FB page or the owner page(if any) of that residency and post about your carpark there

2) get management approval to stick a on the notice board about your carpark

3) if FB not working, maybe can try on XiaoHongShu too.

Nowadays, every highrise has WhatsApp and telegram group. That is where you post.
