The thing is if china sells rare earth to US, meaning that the trade deficit will go up more, which is not what the US wants. Not selling to US is only following US request to lower down trade deficit.well, china want to lower down the trade deficit by buying AI chips from Nvidia, but US doesnt wants to sell it.
so how to move forward?
