 Town Planner for MPSJ, For house renovation

Hi. Anyone has any contact for town planner? I am renovating my single storey house in Subang. According to MPSJ, if im demolishing more than 30% and changing the facade, I will need to have a town planner and architect concurrently submit the application. Appreciate any kind input. thanks.
