cousin involve with accident multiple vehicle with a drunk drive 10yrs ago.he died with another 3 dead 1 guy crippled for life. that fella still walking around scot free. not even datuk or vip but have some palm oil money.
the real issue is not dato its always money and lack of enforcement against the enforcer.
