You should be able to achieve the extra kick of fizzy by keeping the can of Coca-Cola in your fridge for 24hrs at 3-4°C.
Any thing less won't be able to get the correct fizzyness.

Though the syrup comes in canister from same supplier, the restaurant control the water and syrup ratio. Other than that the way they handle the syrup canister is different from one another thus giving different taste. Even some places the Coke taste more zestier than the one from can on supermarket as I tasted it.
