Sometimes I feel like I want to escape from reality. This job feels quite different compared to my previous one — there's less space, and more stuff everywhere. It’s not like the servicing job I used to do.

At night, I go on dating apps and chat with people. But every morning when my alarm rings, I regret staying up late.

I feel super tired and always ask myself why I didn’t just go to sleep earlier.
Why I sleep at 11pm or 12am

3.35PM or 4:00 PM          Punch card and leave company ⏳  Since early reached company,better leave at 3.35 PM     
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Take MRT and bus to reach home in Singapore 🚆🚌             
5:00 PM          Arrive home and have dinner 🍽️                               
5:30 PM          Took a shower 🚿                                               
5:45 PM – 7:45 PM Continued editing images + wrote notes & reviewed learning 🧠📝
7:45 PM          Talked to sweetheart via social media 💬                     
8:00 PM – 4:45 AM Slept 😴 (8 hours 45 minutes)                                 
8pm sleep,5am wake up

9 hours sleep !!!!

Book early is good, but your main problem is sleep late.

Scrolling phone is a no no at night. Especially if you watch tik tok. The shorter the video the more dopamine got released.

Too much dopamine can affect your mental health.
