Evening try to do some exercise to make urself tired, then at night u will tired and sleep earlier. Don't play phone also during bedtime, it will just make u awake
Myself my working hour is from 7:30am to 4PM but i already adjusted my sleeping schedule

Usually 11pm + , try to enable night mode on ur phone oso if u really need to use

Not close the apps, will adjust ur phone the display color so more warmer easier on your eyes. I think they filter blue light
Phone alarm still will sound
