50 plus
Already automatic, so got used to it
I don't wake up at exactly 5am lah
It is between 5 to 6am.

It is not that I don't want to sleep more but can't.
If sleeply during the day, I can take a short 10 minutes nap.

I feel super tired and always ask myself why I didn’t just go to sleep earlier.
Why I sleep at 11pm or 12am

Same thing happened today…
Time     Activity
4:50 AM  Wake up
5:20 AM  Taxi arrives
5:45 AM  Reach company
3:30 PM  Off work
5:30 PM  Dinner
6:15 PM / 6.30 PM Shower
8:00 PM  Sleep
8pm sleep,5am wake up

9 hours sleep !!!!

You are sleeping too much.
That's why you feel more tired.
Your body is frequently in a state of inactivity.

When you get off work, go do exercises for 60 to 90 minutes.
Take dinner at 7pm and sleep at 10 to 11pm.
You only need 6 to 7 hours sleep.

Another thing to do is to follow the same sleep and wake up cycle even on your non-working days to condition your mind and body.
Over time it will be automatic.
