I think very high possibility that is no CCC granted, so basically it will involve many hidden costing.
Can use back the previous drawing from architect? If not you need to hire an architect to draw back.
The contractor is it CIDB registered and active contractor? If not you might need to hire new CIDB contractor.
Anyhow the local council rules might different in each area, better to consult lawyer before you give booking.
Most of the contractor and architect do not want to continous others' project, unless you really can pay extra or demolish and rebuild.
For the own build property without CCC, you will face big problem in future
