Next we hack and dig for footing and ground beam, construct footing and ground beam using bs Y12 and concrete, level concrete floor.

After the footing, beam and concrete floor is done, we start to do the metal and wood works for column and beam, brick works too.

British standard Y12, BRC A10 on top of the plywood, new concrete floor for 1st floor.

This is our proposal for the front house concept, a scandinavian concept. Scandinavian design emphasises simplicity connection with nature. Propose neutral colours, grey and white help maximise neutral light, making space feel larger and open, and black create a striking contrast against lighter colours.

can I know how you find the contractor ? I am very concern with reputable and honest contractor who can finish the house renovation. how can I start finding such contractor ?
