The case above are not gender specific. There are cases where it was reversed or even when both the victim and aggressor are of same gender.

Moral of story? No means no, the receiver have the right to deny intercourse at any time, even already half way through.

This is not hard to accept for the majority of us but sadly a small part of society will succumb to their animal instinct, like what happened in the story and that's when the law comes in.
