Hi Friends.

I'm a Celcom user for 12 years already.

Been getting so many calls from them offering the Fiber for home.

Deal sounds so gooding, 6 months rebate, link to Postpaid Plan can upgrade plan free, and get new phone. Link:

CelcomDigi Fiber

Understood they are using TM's infra, I just want to know how is their support? If call for tehcnical issues, support quick or don't give a crap one?

All my fiends not using, so no one can give any honest review. biggrin.gif Please share if anyone using now.

p/s: or better stick to my Unifi 500Mbps. lol

Cheers...

If your fibre rarely down in your area, you may opt for it.
If frequent, better don't.

Telcos that ride on TM infra is not recommended because TM always will take their own sweet time to solve any issues for other telcos that using TM infra.

But...
So far I am happy with my 500 Mbps CelcomDigi Fibre under Digi network.
And my package is actually a 300 Mbps package with the same pricing but upgraded free to 500 Mbps.

Bundled with CelcomDigi One Ultra, it is so worth it overall.
Paying only RM260 for 3 unlimited lines + 300 Mbps upgraded to 500 Mbps fibre + Disney+ Hotstar Premium.

Mine subscribe since Dec 2024. Celcomdigi fiber under celcom. It was riding on Allo so I got RM 90 per month for 24 month due to CD x Allo 300mbps.

Review? biasa2 je. Its true that celcom routing sucks. Like me using Zscaler to connect company resources, high ping, need to use vpn over vpn. But now its getting stable after multiple ticket sent to their team.

For me if you take celcom one pro/ultra due to company pay or sponsor, worth it. If its like saje2 pakai, i think better stick to main fiber provider. Anyway can ask me if you have query regarding celcomdigi fiber under celcom line rclxm9.gif

Would like to know how Celcom Fibre under Allo infra speedtest. Do you get exactly hard capped at 300~315Mbps for download speed. Appreciate it if u can do speedtest via LAN. notworthy.gif

So far, im using Maxis Fibre under TM infra get hard capped exactly around 95Mbps for 100Mbps plan. Before getting 95Mbps. It was around hard capped at 93Mbps..Doesn't matter much i do know that some user subs to 300Mbps & 500Mbps with Maxis on TM infra get hard capped at 270Mbps & 460Mbps..video is everywhere on YouTube..CelcomDigi Fibre under TM infra now usually will use Digi network...hard to find someone review Digi. But, result will be the same if your taman is on TM hard capped OLT brand...this really matters if user need the bandwidth for download stuff...which 99% reason why people subs to fibre line.. doh.gif

My pi4 connected via lan. This server tested on celcom petaling jaya location, same as speedtest. yes so far manage to archive more than 300mbps/50 for speedtest.
the things i dont like allo at cyber is kerap down.maybe due to fiber cut. sometime kena more than 1 day. also the celcomdigi celcom tend to have issue pppoe server hang, that sometime last for more than 6 hours. their support also slow. by the time they reply your ticket, the service restore already.

good thing is much better than my previous isp ( YTL), cheap since riding allo.less people use rclxm9.gif

Kalau new account yes they will sub you into Digi Fibre.
Kalau ada postpaid plan, it will follow your telco postpaid plan.

My Digi Fibre under TM infra no cap.
300 Mbps pricing but free upgrade to 500 Mbps complimentary by CelcomDigi.

now subscribe to one ultra paying RM281 for 500Mbps + 3 more family lines for RM75

only last month i need to report to digi because of frequent disconnected. so TM technician have to come check the problem. rupanya plug modem TM yg rosak.

Just a clarification, you are subscribing to One ultra (with 3 lines) and 500Mbps fiber and additional 3 lines (means total 6 lines) for RM281+75?
Yours is normal package or special package (maybe you port from outside to celcomdigi).
