do u need software for this?? if it reals, it will be a big disaster already. all water supply there (piping) there will freeze, ppl without winter clothing will get frostbite and hypothermia, car might not start, houses and car also not equip with heater, u need to wear winter clothing all the time to keep warm.. or u think it only snow on the highway and just few KM away is as warm as any other place in malaysia??
