Chap fan used to be really cheap, heck even cheaper than those various fey or noodles, now totally terbalik because of monopoly mentality paired with victim mentality and price raising culture.

Boycott chap fan stalls which allows you to scoop yourself.

This is unfair if the dish is not weighed and allow the store operator to calculate his/her own by just counting the dish types.

Why? Imagine you only take 1 meat dish with your rice but scoop a big piece over your rice, the other person took 3 meat dishes but each only a small portion 1 table spoon scoop each meat.

Which will be more expensive? The 1 large piece of meat dish with rice or 3 meat dishes with rice but with small portions?

It allows the operator to simply calculate based on his mood/perception.

If the operator scoops himself based on what dish you want, at least you get standard dish price per vegetable/meat dish you selected.
Standard 1 meat+2 vege, 2meat+1vege etc..
