I bought iphone 16 from senheng and choose to pick up at the store, but until now no news...it says 2 to 7 days but now already a week since i bought

Ask senheng they say still arranging to deliver my item to the store

Is it normal?

i bought iphone from them last year... took them quite long time to post. if urgent, i suggest not to get from them. but they do offer pretty good deal.

I bought with discount, if cancel later have to buy full price

I see, they should use the store stock if customer chose store pick up to ease the process, dont know why mati2 need to use warehouse stock

bought from Apple Flagship Store , fullfilled by Shopee, they use ninjavan send direct from warehouse within 2 days sampai.

2022 I bought a 12mini thru Senheng's Lazada store.

Took over 1 week to reach via NinjaVan.

Call their Customer service.

I kena once before.

After call.

Very fast settle.

They a bit slow but at least they dont hardcore cross sell you apple insurance.

I order online before was it switch or machine. Very fast by the next day or two can direct pickup at the store you specified.

But the unpleasant part is they will hardsell the apple insurance to you.

Real people buy from Apple store.

Bought iPhone from them some time back. Got it from the stall. Quite good deal. 2 years warranty and a cover foc. Get point also. Lol.

16 pro 256gb can get for about 4.3k on shopee now. Ready stock, not pre-order. Pre-order can get cheaper, like 16 pro 128gb about 3.8k - 3.9k, but need to wait up to a month.

Switch, UR, Machines have excellent delivery fulfillment via Shopee. Senheng is a bit iffy, but the only thing you need to do after buying online and choosing to pick up from their store is to contact their CS. 011-36004040. They are very helpful.

Apple flagship store is a distributor and not official apple store, if any problem need claim warranty then good luck. But the price is cheap and ori, i too bought airpods pro 2 from them so far no prob.

They are authorized reseller lah, just like Switch and Seng Heng

I bought at Apple Store in TRX. No issue.

Thats why i said distributor, not official store. If any problem u take the phone to official apple store at trx they wont honor the warranty. Got a few post on reddit they share their experience.

Bought yesterday iPhone 16 128GB for RM2861 from Seheng on Lazada. Good to know I will wait. There was iPhone 16 Pro for RM3701 and iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB for RM4651 today as well. Rock bottom prices.

Meaning i cant bring iPhones bought from switch, machine, telco or sen heng to official store at TRX for warranty ?

16 pro max 256gb for RM4651 is actually a very good deal. But I’m buying for hantaran, and my fiancee has dainty hands. 16 pro seems to suit her better.

All of these reseller that apple authorized can be bring to the apple store for warranty, but this "Apple Flagship Store" im not sure since dont have physical shop. Just saw some posts that the official apple store rejected the warranty and need the customer to go back to the platform and claim the warranty from there. Some people also say that this "Apple Flagship Store" is from itworld not sure true or not.

If want a peace of mind better buy the phone from apple authorized resellers

Normal, cuz senheng price is always most of the time the cheapest. So they collect huge amount of orders then only order from Apple.

So Apple take time to fulfil their huge orders as well.

So if u want fast, go shop and direct buy and pay higher price. U want cheap, make sure u can wait and not in a rush

Meanwhile their Lazada order doesn’t even provide tracking number and doesn’t even update in Lazada system after delivery is done, really lousy

senheng lazada use own delivery system, so no way to track

But in the end I received my item via ninjavan..

Look like depend what type of item, i buy TV, is senheng staff delivery

I chat with their live agent everyday...they update me about my item...but you need to ask everyday and followup
