Contacted Apple and they took 1.5 months to resolve this matter as it involved the processor and bank. I tried contacting bank but RHB cannot see this transaction.

As a token of apology, Apple gave me RM 500 discount for my next purchase - iPad Mini 7. At least they tried their best to solve for me though I wasn't too happy initially as the junior CS cannot solve it. Finally their CS Manager solved for me.

My kid’s currently using my 14 Pro Max too which is also around 73% battery health, what a coincidence, haha. He’s gonna inherit my 16 Pro Max after I get the 17 Pro Max so I think he’s more excited about me upgrading than I am, hahaha…

I have a feeling it won’t be. If that’s important for you I think you need to consider one of those Androids that can do the x100 zoom or something

Don't forgot iphone 15 pro max launching retail price at RM6499 , and iphone 16 pro max was drop to RM5999 retail , so that might be the different i think for the trade-in value if u ask me , if compared the retail price , the 16pm actually hold better value compared to 15PM Or else should be Rm3700 - RM500 different of retail = RM3200

Yeah, that could be the reason. I forgot the fact that I spent RM 6499 for 15 Pro Max, I was so rich back then.
