QUOTE(lIAmLegendl @ May 31 2025, 06:31 PM) I would also like to add that TNB had already cut off their power supply today at 1:15PM, water supply is next soon but I need some legal advice before I take things to the max. Yes the names aren't mine, but we did went to the TNB's office, I laid out all the documents, I just want some advice, basically a re-assurance that this wont bite me in the ass with lawsuits lmao. Why not consult a lawyer? And pay a bit of money to lawyer to give them notice ?

QUOTE(lIAmLegendl @ May 31 2025, 06:41 PM) Money's tight, paid the court fees and stuff to draw out the vacate notice and securing ownership. Mind you I'm not in charged with the proceedings I'm just helping out my family, last time I tried reaching out for a lawyer's advice, they asked me for a retarded amount of price for 5-10 minutes consultation, and the investment wasn't even worth it, the guy just gave me "Mungkin" "Boleh jugak" "Hmm boleh cuba" "Betul jugak eh" Lol. It will cost you less than 500 for that notice. Maybe 300, and you sendiri hand to them.. if lawyer hand, maybe 500..
