he took it a lil too fast, correct, not expecting oncoming traffic - common mistake AMONG SOME road users
even if he had jammed the brakes, until lock, not sure the outcome, drift right into the bushes? towards lorry's path?
can't turn anymore left towards own lane at the time
right also can't as the head already tuned to getting back to own lane
last last..........
