Agree . Swerve right or left, the bike will still hit the center section of the lorry. If swerve right , will kill another 2 incoming biker.
Swerve left might hit a tree and lorry driver die.
Might as well hit 1 motobodo and ownself suffer least dmg. At least dont kill the other 2 innocent 2 bikers.

Yup, not reasonable to expect lorry driver to risk his life or 3rd party’s life to avoid the rempit who is at wrong.

Most of the time when involve casualty or serious case, the video will not shared among but keep as evidence for investigation.

Last month kena hit and run at AEON car park, the management under police bantuan couldnt let me have the video, they insist to send the original copy directly to IO themselves.

Like above footage, kalau nak tengok, use phone video on my CCTV screen, no way to get original copy.

I guess this is investigation SOP
