No shame, corruption go video but nothing happen & say no evidence. Can a enforcement say half naked person in the video is not the person that same feature in real world & let go? Is it they think people is really stupid? You tell us the whistleblower only give portion of video. You as enforcement no law & power to get full video? Is it the enforcement excuse really that no power? Don't tell nonsense & we all look like stupid & uneducated...
